C.4 Shipment’s tracking Service available only for “Express” shipment.
If you hold the Shipment Number If you do not hold the Shipment number:
  • Click on “Order status”
    • At the top right of each deastore.com page or
    • Go to http://deaonline.deastore.com (username and password are the same of deastore)
  • Select the account (Consumer or Business)
  • Find the order you wish to check
  • Access to the order detail page and find the number of the shipment
  • Click on the corresponding link to verify the delivery status
  • Check Express shipments in Italy
  • “Check Express shipments in the rest of the World”: http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking/?link=1
