C.1 When products are shipped? Shipment is normally done when order is completed, is to say when all purchased products are in our warehouses. In case of delay or not availability of one or more products, shipment is done for those available and an e-mail will be sent to you to inform about the estimated delivery time for the missing ones.

If one or more items are needed urgently, we suggest to order them one by one.

Nevertheless it is possible to require at any time, the shipment of all articles already available in the warehouse.

Procedure to require immediate shipment:
  • Enter the DEA OnLine page
    • Clicking on “Order status” at the top right of each deastore.com page
    • Linking directly to: http://deaonline.deastore.com. (username and password are the same as of deastore.com)
  • Verify which products are available in the warehouse (yellow light)
  • Click on“Ship now”
The cost of this additional shipment will be charged immediately and the amount will be shown during the procedure. See also :
