B.4 Enviar una Sugerencias para Compras (solo para usuarios Business) Before reading this chapter, we suggest to read :

• E – Business Account

Deastore.com allows to set 2 kind of users, each one with a specific access area.

• Consumer user: that can access to a “Personal Account”, and can buy using Credit Card or cash-on-delivery (only for Italy)
• Business user or corporate: that can access a “Business Account” and can send order and receive goods with invoice, with no need to use a Credit Card.

Once you have been registered as Business user, sending an Order Proposal is very easy!
Just follow the steps below:

• Log in
• Click on the arrow of the menu on the left and select the Business Account
• Find the product to be suggested and click on it
• From the description page click on the “suggest purchase” button on the right
• Click on “submit proposal” in the shopping cart page to send your suggestion to the Administrator of the Business account or go back to shopping to add more products
• During the procedure for sending the proposal, you can add notes and additional information.

To get to the Proposal cart, log in, select “Business Account” from the pull-down menu at the top left and click on “Your proposals”. All the products for which has not been activated the “submit proposal” procedure, will remain available even if user log out and shut down the computer. So it will be possible to see them any time you log in to the website. From the pull-down menu “your lists” at the top right of each page and clicking on “List of Proposals”, it is possible to check and/or modify the content of the proposal cart. After each change done in the cart, click on “update”. Each choice taken by the Administrator regarding your proposals, is notified by e-mail. To check the status of the proposals:

• Click on “account”
• Click on “See order proposal sent to Administrator”
• Beside each article you can see:
  • Date of submission
  • Date of Administrator answer
  • Decision taken by the Administrator

NOTES

• It is possible that the same product is shown with different prices. This depends on the account selected, because for the terms agreed for the supply are applied accordingly.
• In case your “Order Proposal” is rejected by the Administrator, you can buy the product using your private account.
