A.13 How to return a product deastore.com want to guarantee the complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it’s possible to return the items following the instruction below:
  • fulfill the online return form 10 days from the date you received the parcel,
  • be sure that goods are in the same condition you received them
  • ship items you wish to return (free shipment through our courier)
NOTES:
  • The return must be done in only one shipment (deastore.com will not accept products received within a same order and returned with shipments done in different dates)
  • The expire date to deliver the return parcel to the courier is 15 days from the date you received the parcel with your purchase
If this conditions are respected, deastore.com will reimburse completely the price of the products, (excluding shipping costs). If one or more of these conditions are not respected, the return will not be accepted and items will be shipped again to the customer, charged of shipping expenses. See also: B.9 Returns
