A.12 Order cancellation

Orders are processed immediately, nevertheless it is almost always possible to cancel an order following the procedure below.
If cancellation arrive too late (e.g. When shipment is already done), our policy for returns (B.9) allows to returns items ordered within 8 days from receipt and be reimbursed, if items are undamaged and sealed.
Procedure for order cancellation:

• Before completing order registration
  • It is possible to take items off the shopping cart, checking the box “remove” near the title an clicking on “update”
  • It is possible to move titles in the “Wish list” to buy them later. To make the purchase items must be placed again in the shopping cart clicking on the corresponding link.

  è possibile annullare un ordine in due modi:

• Online:
  • Enter the DeaOnLine page
  • Clicking on “Order status” at the top right of each deastore.com page
  • Linking directly to: http://deaonline.deastore.com
    (username and password are the same as of deastore.com)
    • Click on “Orders opened”
    • Find the title you want to cancel
    • Click on the waste bin in the column on the right

• By e-mail:
• Send a message immediately after registration to: customerservice@deastore.com specifying
• Subject: “Order cancellation in deastore.com”
• e-mail address used to log into the account
• your name and surname
• number of the order to be cancelled (given to deastore.com: you can find it in the order confirmation e-mail)
• If your order is for more copies, indicate the number of copies you wish to cancel, otherwise all copies will be cancelled.
