A.10 “Ship now” for available products

ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS WITH SHIPMENT WHEN ORDER IS COMPLETED
When you order more products, shipment will be done only when all items required are ready in our warehouse (see also B.14 How to merge orders).
Nevertheless it is possible to require at any time, the shipment of all articles already available in the warehouse.
Procedure to require immediate shipment:

• Enter the DeaOnLine page
  • Clicking on “Order status” at the top right of each deastore.com page
    o Linking directly to http://deaonline.deastore.com
    (username and password are the same as of deastore.com)

• Verify which products are available in the warehouse (yellow light)

• Click on “Ship now”

The cost of this additional shipment will be charged immediately and the amount will be shown during the procedure.
