A.9 How to merge orders done in different times

ONLY FOR CONSUMERS
It is possible to require a unique shipment for all products ordered, even if purchases have been done in different periods.
Procedure for merging orders:

  • Enter the DeaOnLine page
    • Click “Order status” at the top right of each deastore.com page
    • Type directly to: http://deaonline.deastore.com
      (username and password are the same as of deastore.com)
  • Click on “Orders opened”
  • Check the box “Join near the orders you wish to put in the same shipment”
  • Click on “Join selected orders”
  • Confirm as required by the system
NOTE: shipment will be done only when all products will be available in our warehouse. See also:
